Enjoy cosy moments around open fires with hot drinks and local snacks as your expert guides share their knowledge and stories.

Day 1 - Arrival
Fly to Kajaani via Helsinki, where on arrival you will be collected by your driver and transferred to your accommodation. Drop your bags at your apartment, then head to find dinner at the hotel. Your evening is yours to enjoy at leisure.
Day 2 – 4 Activities
During you stay, you have 3 activities included with your package – dates and times will be confirmed when booking dependent on availability.
Husky Sledding
Prepare for an adventure like no other as you slip into cosy thermal overalls and boots for your comfort throughout the journey. Sit back and relax as the expert guide takes the reins, ensuring your safety and enjoyment every step of the way.
As you venture into the snowy wilderness, you'll be introduced to the friendly huskies, eager to lead you on an exhilarating ride. Wind through snow-covered fields and tranquil forest trails, soaking in the breathtaking beauty of the Vuokatti landscape.
Snowmobile Safari
Enjoy amazing winter scenery on a snowmobile safari! Your local guide will lead the way, as you drive safely into the winter wonderland by snowmobiles. You drive this safari with new, 2026 Touring model snowmobiles – due to new technology they’re safer and more environmentally friendly as they produce lower emissions. On your way back you’ll stop for a break and enjoy hot drinks & sweet snacks. This safari suits well for beginners too with the route length at about 20 km. Drivers must be 18+ with a drivers licence.
Northern Lights by Snowshoe
When nature is covered by the dusk it’s time to go hunting the magical Northern Lights! This exciting snowshoe adventure is the perfect way to explore winter landscape authentically and with a bit of luck you might see the amazing show of Aurora Borealis.
Your guide will start by teaching you how to use snowshoes. Then you’ll head into the forest safely with the lead of your experienced local guide. The deeper you go, the more amazing the night scenery gets. Enjoy amazing snowy forest and peaceful nature while listening to your guide’s stories about the nature. Along the way, you’ll enjoy some hot drinks and snacks by an open fire. The route length is approx. 2 km. Perfect for families and groups!
Outside of your activities, your time is free to enjoy as you wish! Relax in your apartment sauna, head out to explore the scenery, or squeeze in an extra activity such as reindeer sledding!
Day 5 - Home
After a fun-filled week, its time for you and your family to head home. Enjoy your breakfast and check out ready for your transfer back to the airport in time for your flight home.
